Of course, fill out the form in the "Propose your clothes" section and attach the photos. We will contact you via email to evaluate them and offer you a value in credits (G-coin is our virtual currency).

If the item of clothing is a little ruined, is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our stylists will think about how to improve or repair it. After that it will be placed on our showcase site and other users will be able to exchange it for their own clothes or acquire it through their own virtual credits.

Question 3

How does shipping work?

If you accept our proposal for virtual credits for your garment, you will have to send it or deliver it to our collection centre.

I am an upcycling designer, can I apply?

Yes, contact us from our form and we will be happy to meet you.

Do the virtual credits I have acquired expire?

Accepted Answer

They do not expire, you can use them to acquire other items of clothing on the site but they can never be converted into current currency (Euros).

I don't have any items to swap but I like a dress, can I buy it?

Accepted Answer

No, our philosophy is exchange and to make it happen we only use virtual currency. Offer us what you no longer use or whether clothing, footwear or accessories is ruined

I have some new clothes, can I introduce them to you?

Of course, whether new or used, the important thing is that they are exchanged!
